What is SigmaPro?
Sigma-Pro is a DotNetNuke module package that is a multi-purpose tool that can handle Help Desk, Call Centers, Project Management, Issue Tracking, Task Manager and more. Total customization power to mold to any ticket based system you need.
The merge of your Help Desk and your Projects allows you to roll-up all costs for your projects and your Help Desk. Start collecting stats to find repeating calls, eliminate rework and to find out where you need more help.

SigmaPro v3.1 includes the following modules
- SigmaPro: This is the primary module that is the engine of the SigmaPro package.
- Dashboard: Displays Project Totals (New Today, Open, Closed, Completed Today, etc) and portal totals for all projects in your portal. The stats for the Projects can be easily mimized and maximzed for easy viewing.
- Email Manager:Use this module to Bulk Email all members in one or more projects at a time. Includes the ability to attach files to your emails!
- SigmaEye:A graphing module that displays various information about your Help Desk and/or Projects
