View/Edit Form Details

Form Workflow Manager automatically determines which form a user has access to based on their assigned roles. The forms are categorized into sections such as My Forms, My Worklist Forms and All Forms. To view or action a form, simply click on the Detail link button adjacent to the concerned forms. The system will display all the relevant details associated with the form.

The following image shows sample form details in the Form Workflow Manager module. There are three main components in the View/Edit Form Details screen:

Current Forms link buttons: These link buttons are for displaying the form details at its current state. If the current state contains a sub form, the Sub Form link will be displayed otherwise only the Main Form will be displayed. Clicking on the link will display the form details in the section below.

Form Details: This section displays the details of the form based on what has been selected. It also allows the user to progress the form from one state to another by selecting on the available action buttons below. These buttons are determined by action conditions created during the Form Template creation process.

Form History Changes: This section displays the history of changes to the form. Here you can see all the states and changes that have been made to the main form or sub forms at each particular state.
