The main screen of Form Template Manager module displays a list of form templates a user has access to. The list displays both form templates that the user own and form templates created by other users. The user can choose to sort the list of form templates in any order required. To sort on how form templates should be displayed, simply click on the header name of the column. This action switches the sorting order of column between ascending or descending. When a sort order changes from one column to the other, the system automatically default to sort in ascending. To change it to descending click on the head name of the column once more. Note that this setting is personalized for each user, thus the next time the user get back to this screen the sort order will be remembered.
In addition, the user can choose to select how many records to display in a single page at any given time. By default it display only 5 records per page. However it can be changed to display up to 50 records per page. This property is also personalized.
