By default, once a form template is created it cannot be deleted. If a form template is not needed for some reason it should be closed and archive off. However, if there is an absolute need to delete a form template off the system, it can be deleted by Call Centers 24x7 support.

Deleting a form template involves the deletion of all details related to it. This includes the form design, states workflow, form instances and history. Once a form template is deleted, it cannot be recovered by any means. If there is a need to retain the form template but it is not required in the portal any further, the form template should be Exported to a file before being deleted off the system.
