What We Do: The Call Centers 24x7 Mission Statement

In early to mid 2003, I decided that all the offshore call center business was in fact creating a market for call center services which were provisioned specifically from within the United States.  I resolved to build a company encompassing many “micro-call centers” in rural areas of the United States all interconnected and functioning as one organizational unit.  I opened the first call center in Port Angeles, Washington, officially kicking it off on June 4th, 2004.

The major innovations I used to build this business model are:

  1. The “distributed rural workforce model” --- using many small call centers in rural areas of the United States, supplemented by people working from home.
  2. To approach web service as a call center service.
